New western on the life of Jesse James, being released this fall. Looks alright. I could go for a movie where Brad Pitt returns to being a good actor... I always enjoy a good western and it's been a while since one has come out (though 'the Proposition' wasn't bad...).

Starring: James Coburn, Kris Kristofferson, Bob Dylan and Slim Pickins
Somewhat along the same lines, I was really hoping to pair this with 'I Shot Jesse James' (Samuel Fuller), which just came out on DVD from the Criterion Eclipse Series, but no dice on locating a trailer, there isn't even one included on the DVD (unless I totally missed it...).

Great to see so Peckinpah love, the new DVD Directors cut of Pat Garret and Billy The Kid moved me to tears.
