Fox to reinvest in 'Once'

The indie musical 'Once' is going to get a $150,000 boost from Fox Searchlight after drawing $6.5 million on just 140 screens across America. The Dublin set film, starring members of The Frames, has certainly been the independent triumph of the year getting loads of press time and constant buzz, and is likely a shoe-in for an Oscar bid at best score. IMDB is quoting Steven Spileberg as saying, "a little movie called 'Once' gave me enough inspiration to last the rest of the year." 'Once' is still currently in theaters.
