Divided We Fall - see it
There is a documentary out right now called Divided We Fall, if you've had a chance to see this you're lucky. It's being toured around (it's actually been touring for quite a while), but it doesn't have proper distribution. Anyhow the film is documentary that chronicles the Sikh-American experience in post-9/11 America. It's fascinating. It comes highly recommended. Anyhow there is a great interview with the filmmaker Valarie Kaur on the construction and politics of the film that is worth taking a look at. That's it, not really a review or anything, just a plug for a good film.
